AM Law 100 Firm's Washington D.C. office is seeking Associates to join its Corporate - Investment Funds practice.

Requirements

• Experience: To join our highly regarded sponsor side equity fund formation practice. The opportunity lends itself to working directly with, and receiving training from, leading practitioners and to meaningful client interaction, including on cutting edge matters. Candidates should have experience with the establishment and operation of real estate funds, private equity funds, funds of funds and/or hedge funds. Candidates should submit their J.D. transcript along with a resume and transaction list.
• 6 + Years of experience is required.
• The annual compensation range for this position is between $390,000 and $435,000.
