Position Overview
- We're hiring a full-time Corporate Healthcare Account Manager that will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with healthcare providers, facilities, and corporate clients. This role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, driving revenue through cross-selling opportunities, and identifying new healthcare locations, buying groups, and potential partnerships.

Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and corporate clients.
- Serve as the primary contact for account-related inquiries, ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Provide required reporting, attend meetings, and consolidate information for the HOH team.
- Schedule and lead quarterly, semi-annual, or annual meetings and L5 audits.
- Connect with corporate purchasing departments to deepen hospital system relationships.
- Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities to expand partnerships with current healthcare clients.
- Present new solutions and services aligned with clients' evolving needs.
- Research and identify potential new healthcare locations (clinics, hospitals, specialized care facilities).
- Develop and execute strategies to engage new healthcare providers and expand the company's footprint.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and account growth targets by strategically managing accounts.
- Proactively manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to close.
- Stay informed of industry trends, market changes, and emerging technologies in the healthcare sector.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on market demands and competitive activity.
- Network through healthcare-related associations in the Midwest (e.g., HESNI, WHEA).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in account management, preferably within the healthcare sector. Experience in water treatment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, processes, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary Description
110,000-160,000/year
