The Corporate Executive Assistant is highly skilled and technically proficient to provide comprehensive support to our Global Chief Technology Officer in a dynamic and fast-paced FinTech environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a technology oriented environment with strong technical background, coupled with superb organizational and communication skills. This role requires combination of leadership, project management, technical proficiency, and operational support to ensure effective management of CTO’s initiatives.
Responsibilities:About the role:
Serve as a liaison between the CTO and other departments, helping to communicate the CTO’s directives and to collect and relay information as necessary
- Indirect leadership and mentoring of other administrative assistants in the department; ensuring consistent processes and support across various technology leaders and teams.
Prepare and follow-up on meetings, including taking minutes, creating action items, and ensuring progress. Stay updated on relevant FinTech and IT trends, using this knowledge to provide valuable input and support for strategic planning
- Promote a positive, cooperative and professional attitude when interacting with other departments, customers, dealerships, and vendors
- Participate on special and confidential projects as needed, handling confidential matters and information
- Ability to make independent decisions, solve problems, and exercise discretion relating to the performance of day-to-day duties
- General administrative duties including: screening calls, routing messages, heavy calendar management
- Maintain and update electronic calendars and task lists for management assuring that complete information is available for all matters
- Arrange all necessary travel arrangements that include airfare, lodging, and rental car
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, MS Teams
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines, work independently with limited supervision
- Advanced grammar, spelling, proofreading skills, oral and written communication skills
What makes you a dream candidate?
- 5-7 years experience performing complex executive assistant duties in a technology or comparable environment, with proven experience managing and prioritizing access to senior and executive levels of management required
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
