About the Job
Are you an experienced and passionate Corporate Director of Food and Beverage? We're looking for a talented individual to oversee our culinary and restaurant operations across multiple properties. In this role, you'll be a respected ambassador, carrying forward our F&B vision and ensuring exceptional dining experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee menu engineering, cost control, and stay ahead of market trends
- Ensure dining experiences meet the highest standards
- Direct and manage Food & Beverage functions at assigned hotels
- Optimize financial performance and maintain high-quality products and services
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, local regulations, and company standards
- Travel up to 70% of the time in a task force support role
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of Food and Beverage management experience, including Front of House and Bar operations
- Leadership experience in freestanding, chef-driven, independent restaurants
- Minimum 3 years of experience in multi-unit restaurant management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or Culinary Arts
