Job Summary: We are seeking a Corporate Counsel to provide legal support for our operations in Latin America. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate law, compliance, and international business transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft and review contracts and agreements.

Advise on regulatory compliance and risk management.

Support M&A activities and joint ventures in LATAM.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal issues.

Conduct legal research and provide guidance on local laws.

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school.

5+ years of legal experience, preferably in LATAM.

Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
