**Position: Corporate Controller**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented team player to join our Finance Team as a Corporate Controller. As a recognized leader in the Talent Management industry, we are committed to maintaining our growth trajectory while upholding the highest standards of financial integrity.
**What You'll Do:**
- Lead the day-to-day accounting function, including intercompany transactions, revenue recognition, and financial reporting systems.
- Oversee the month-end accounting close process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Stay abreast of new accounting regulations and implement necessary changes.
- Collaborate with internal departments, external auditors, and consultants to maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage debt compliance reporting and ensure alignment between customer contracts and revenue recognition policies.
- Develop and maintain effective internal controls over financial reporting.
- Assist with mergers and acquisitions due diligence and integration plans.
- Oversee external audit processes and maintain relationships with auditors.
- Administer various financial systems and insurance renewals.
**What We'd Like You to Have:**
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Certified Public Accountant designation.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in Accounting and Finance roles.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and revenue recognition standards (ASC 606).
- Experience in process improvement and ERP applications.
- Proven leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.

- Base salary between $175,000 and $200,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
