Summary/Objective:
The CorporateController assumes the responsibility ofof plant financial reporting, internal controls, providing real-time and projected results, and guidance on operational and sales opportunities. A key member of the finance & operations team, this position is the focal point for income statement control, cost accounting, and analytics for various business units. works closely with the business unit leadership and the sales teams.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for consolidated financial statements including, review, reconciliations, analysis, reporting, and disclosure.
- Responsible for the financial close of corporate entities including review, reconciliations, and analysis.
- Responsible for SEC reporting including 10-K, 10-Q, proxy statement, 8-Ks, Sec16 filings as required.
- Responsible for equitycompensation program including software,administration, reconciliations, analysis, forecasting, and disclosures.
- Support senior management and department heads with ad-hoc projects and analysis as required.
Working Conditions:
- Primarily working indoors, office environment.
- May sit for several hours at a time.
- Prolonged exposure to computer screens.
- Repetitive use of hands to operate computers, printers, and copiers.
Qualifications:
- B.S. in Accounting or finance
- 5-10 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, and/or finance working in support of a manufacturing plant(s).

- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Provides support and communications with both internal and external auditors.
- Development/mentoring of corporate accounting team.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has supervisory responsibility of Corporate Accounting team members, including assistant controllers, staff, and senior staff.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time salary position.
Travel
Local travel is expected for this position and less than 10%.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Master's degree
- CMA or CPA certification
Work Authorization/Security Clearance:
