Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations in Accounting, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Payroll.
- Support month-end close processes, reconciliations, and trial balance clean-ups.
- Lead strategic initiatives ensuring alignment with the finance department's goals.
- Coordinate with ERP systems for report timing and process improvements.
- Drive continuous improvements in all accounting functions, setting the team up for success.
What We Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification required.
- 7-10 years of professional accounting experience, including roles in a Controller capacity.
- Expertise in process improvement and understanding of public industry practices.

- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solving approach and a commitment to process optimization.
Primary Duties:
- Focus on Accounting: AR, AP, Accounting function, and Payroll.
- US-focused financial operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and trial balance clean-up.
- Coordinate with ERP systems to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Support and manage AP, Payroll, and Accounting functions, driving process improvements and ensuring team alignment.
- Own the balance sheet and trial balances, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Lead the team towards continuous improvement, aligning with the CFO's goals for 2024.
Your Impact:

- Streamline the month-end close process, reducing the timeline from 20 days to 15 days.
- Enhance the invoice process, including ingestion, coding, and payment.
