Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Corporate Communications Manager that is excited to take their career to the next level with one of the fastest and most exciting apparel brands around! Reporting to the Director of Corporate Communications, the Corporate Communications Manager will play an active role in helping to protect and promote Vuori’s reputation with a variety of stakeholders internally and externally.
QualificationsWhat you’ll get to do:
- Support in the alignment, development and amplification of Vuori's priorities, objectives and initiatives to external and internal stakeholders via executive speaking engagements, media relations, owned platforms and channels, internal townhalls and leadership communications.
- Play an active role in developing internal communications tactics to excite, engage and empower employees on Vuori's business and culture. This will include working closely with key partners across the organization to align on proactive and reactive key milestones and updates to provide counsel and support on how these should be communicated to either corporate employees and/or retail associates.
- Help to identify, create and streamline messaging and Vuori’s brand positioning across a variety of industry and competitive advantage topics. This will also include owning and updating these messages to ensure not only do they remain timely but also support and amplify spokesperson thought leadership.
- Support in the operation of Vuori's crisis and issues management by helping to draft brand statements and key communications to stakeholders and tracking coverage, chatter and sentiment via traditional media and social channels to inform internal reports.
Who you are:
- 7+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a similar role, with a proven track record of managing communications strategies in a corporate environment.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills; ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
- Strong understanding of media relations and crisis management principles.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The salary range for this role is $120,000 per year - $140,000 per year.
