Title: Business Development and Corporate Administration Specialist
Are you a dynamic and detail-oriented professional with a passion for both business development and corporate administration? We're looking for a skilled individual to join our team as a Business Development and Corporate Administration Specialist. This role offers the flexibility of working remotely with occasional office visits or a hybrid schedule, splitting time between one of our offices on the Central Coast and remote work.

**Summary of Position:**
This role is a unique blend of business development and corporate administration responsibilities. You'll work closely with our Business Development team to coordinate administrative tasks related to business development and presentations, manage data in our CRM system, and assist with various events and activities. Additionally, you'll provide administrative support across multiple departments, ensuring the smooth operation of our corporate administration functions.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
- **Business Development Administration:**
- Respond to requests for business development materials, including bios, practice descriptions, and brochures.
- Maintain an inventory of marketing materials and ensure their relevance and accuracy.
- Input project pursuits and assist with data management in our CRM system.
- Develop and maintain contact lists and client profiles using our CRM and other database tools.
- Track proposals and business development opportunities, providing regular reports.
- Assist in planning and executing client events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Coordinate the purchase and ordering of company-branded promotional items.
- Assist with sponsorships, memberships, and association meetings.
- **Corporate Administration:**
- Provide administrative support across different offices as needed.
- Process incoming correspondence and packages.
- Prepare and distribute outgoing mail and shipments.
- Copy and distribute internal reports and documents.
- Type, edit, and format documents according to company standards.
- Order office supplies and track inventory.
**Minimum Experience Required:**
- At least 4 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Experience with CRM software, such as Deltek Vision/VantagePoint, is a plus.
