Our client is a Cleveland, Ohio based law firm, providing services throughout Ohio and Nationwide.  This mid-sized and growing firm is immediately looking to hire an experienced Corporate Attorney to join their thriving Business and Real Estate Transactions practice.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in practice with experience in complex corporate matters, M&A and other sophisticated transactional work, real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and development, and/or has provided outside General Counsel services to business clients.
