Corporate Attorney - LHH

Seeking a skilled attorney with 3-5 years of experience in Corporate/Transactional law, a Massachusetts license, and ties to New England. Ideal candidates bring:

• Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills
• Expertise in drafting with attention to detail
• Experience in commercial real estate, leasing, or financing (preferred)
• Knowledge of liquor licensing or hospitality (a plus)
• A passion for client relationships and business development

Preferred experience includes guiding closely held and family businesses through all phases—from start-up to exit. This role involves working directly with business owners and management on governance, contracts, strategic partnerships, executive incentives, private financings, and M&A transactions.
