Job Details
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Barred in Illinois, Indiana, or Michigan.
- 5+ years of experience specializing in securities law, ideally at a mid to large-sized law firm.
- Strong knowledge of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
- Mergers & acquisitions.
- Joint ventures.
- Private equity.
- Finance.
- Drafting, writing and analytical skills, accurate and strong attention to detail.
