Job Details
- Utilize a minimum of 4 years of demonstrated corporate transactional experience
- Engage in challenging work involving mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, private placements, venture capital financing, and more
- Provide legal counsel on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and general corporate matters
- Collaborate closely with a diverse clientele, including NYSE, NASDAQ, and AMEX listed companies, spanning various industries
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of demonstrated corporate transactional experience
- Florida bar membership in good standing
- Excellent technical, professional, and client service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration
- Effective problem-solving capabilities and proactive approach
