Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Corporate Associate Attorney to join our highly-regarded sponsor side private equity fund formation practice. This position offers an exciting opportunity for candidates in law school class years 2018 and beyond to work directly with leading practitioners and engage in meaningful client interactions on cutting-edge matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the formation, structuring, and negotiation of private equity funds.
Provide legal advice and support on a range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and securities offerings.
Draft, review, and negotiate various corporate documents and agreements.
Conduct due diligence and manage transaction processes.
Advise clients on compliance with securities laws and other regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
Participate in client meetings and contribute to the development of strategic plans.
Qualifications:
J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
Admitted to practice in [state/jurisdiction].
Class years 2018 and beyond preferred.
Strong background in private investments, corporate transactions, and securities.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Commitment to professional growth and development.
Compensation and Benefits:
The annual compensation range for this position is between $390,000 and $435,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Benefits offered for this position include:
