Holman is looking for a Corporate Accounting Manager to join their team in Vancouver, WA!
The Corporate Accounting Manager will report to the Director of Accounting and will help support the Automotive Retail division.

Job Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting and Compliance
Prepare and analyze quarterly and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, lender agreements, and internal policies.
Oversee month-end close processes and forecasting for assigned corporate entities, ensuring accurate reconciliations, reporting, and analyses.
Manage technical reserve calculations (e.g., reconditioning, service contract cancellations) to ensure precision and compliance.
Lead external audit processes, delivering timely and accurate schedules and responses.
Acquisition and Integration
Support the seamless integration of corporate accounting processes for newly acquired dealerships, ensuring compliance with policies and alignment with organizational objectives.
Develop scalable systems and workflows to support growth while maintaining compliance.
Forecasting and Strategic Planning
Design and maintain dynamic financial models to monitor compliance with debt covenants and support strategic decision-making.
Partner with cross-functional teams to consolidate annual budgets and long-term forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Team Leadership and Development
Mentor and develop accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
Establish clear performance goals and provide actionable feedback to support career progression.
Technology and Process Improvement
Drive automation initiatives and adopt emerging technologies to optimize accounting workflows.
Evaluate and implement best practices to enhance internal controls, improve efficiency, and standardize processes.
Collaboration and Communication
Partner with Treasury, Operations, and Parent Company teams on debt compliance, financial disclosures, and reporting.
Education and/or Training:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA License required
Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with Onestream CPM, CDK, or Oracle Hyperion a plus
Relevant Work Experience:
5+ years’ experience, including 2+ at a supervisory level
Public accounting experience
Prior audit experience
Strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and external reporting
Retail accounting experience is a plus
Experience developing and implementing processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy

Target Total Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000/annually (depending on experience)
