Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily cash flow and bank reconciliations, monitor and manage cash reserves, assist in cash forecast analysis, reconcile credit card and EFT transactions
- Reconcile AR balances, investigate and resolve discrepancies, prepare aging reports, reconcile chargebacks and disputes
- Maintain fixed asset ledger including capitalization and depreciation, coordinate asset counts, assist in budgeting and forecasting for capital expenditures, prepare roll forwards
- Contribute to lease accounting process including managing lease agreements, ensure compliance with lease accounting standards, monitor lease compliance, renewal and termination
- Oversee preparation and maintenance of general ledger including prepaids, corporate credit cards, debt, equity
- Contribute to preparation of financial statements and management reports, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years relevant work experience
- Proficiency in ERP system
- Advanced Excel skills
