The company is starting up their Sandy Springs location and seeking qualified Corporate Account Managers for several open positions. Salary/Hourly Rate:
$20 – $21/hr
Position Overview:
In the Corporate Account Managers position you are assisting B2B customers on technical questions and customer support. The accounts/customers you will be assisting are Retail Manager’s, Vendor’s, Key Account Manager’s, and business owner’s. In this Corporate Account Manager role you are to provide amazing service experience to customers by simplifying and meeting their needs for beverage, industrial, and medical gases.
Responsibilities of the Corporate Account Manager:
- Provide an exceptional customer experience for each customer through call, email and chat
- Be part of a high energy team working towards an unparalleled customer experience in our industry
- Technically support any Website, Dashboard or Account questions
- Make outbound calls to new customers
- Multi-task in a high energy standard office environment
- Speak and listen effectively with Company customers via phone
- Ability to recognize problems, resolve or escalate as needed
Qualifications for the Corporate Account Manager:
- 5+ years of customer service or call center experience is ideal
- Data entry experience a plus
- Outgoing, empathic and customer focused
- Customer-centric approach with a sense of urgency
Education Requirements:
- Associates degree is preferred
