The Digital Manager -COREtecis responsible formanaging and optimizingCOREtec’sdigital marketingefforts andonline presence.This role involves developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies, overseeing digital campaigns,optimizingonline channels, andleveragingdata-driven insights to achieve marketingobjectives.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy for COREtec, encompassing various digital channels, including website, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management to drive results.
Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of digital campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
Collaborate with external agencies and vendors toleverageexpertisein areas such as SEO, SEM, social media management, and digital content creation.
Align the website strategywith theCOREtecbrand strategy and standards and the broader organizational goals and strategies.
Create strategies to improves website traffic and performance
Research, track, and analyze competitors, marketplace trends, and consumer behaviors and create strategies to turn those insights into action and strategy.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identifyopportunities for growth and innovation in the digital space.
Ensure the website complies withtheappropriate lawsand regulations. Keep the website's domain and hosting registration current.
Manage pay-per-click and search engine optimization campaigns
Develop social media strategy and campaigns for the COREtecbrand. Work with the creative team to craft compelling and relevant social media content, including posts, images, videos, and graphics that align with the brand's tone and voice.
Research, monitor, and stay up to date on trends in social media to gain insights into consumer preferences, sentiment, and industry trends.
Develop and monitorcampaign budgets
Stay up to date on the latest social media trends andimplement them in marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, business,or IT related field
5+ years' experience in digital marketing or related field
Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments
In-depth knowledge of various digital and socialmedia platforms and best practices
CRM, SEO,SEMand keywordexperiencea plus
Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
