About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to join a high performing product team where you will take a new product to market including pitching and defining features, writing requirements, prototyping, working with design, leading teams, testing, and executing a flawless launch to market. You'll also further your knowledge about the entertainment business at large. As a very early member of the team, you will be up close and personal with all aspects of planning, launching, and scaling this business.
This is a position for a product manager who has launched multiple features to market, led scrum teams, integrated changes based on customer feedback, and has a passion for the entertainment industry.
Day-to-Day:
Lead defining and documenting product functionality requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria with the support of the entire product team
Collaborate closely with engineering teams, designers, internal stakeholders, and vendor partners (own these relationships) in an Agile manner
Maintain a happy, healthy, and high-functioning scrum team
Refine and sequence your team's backlog and sprints to ensure on time delivery for large features
Responsible for key platform metrics and KPIs
Utilize prototypes (pre-launch) and live features (post-launch) to test, analyze data, and make product improvement recommendations based on insights
Influence the roadmap and product development to drive company value based on insights and empathy
Thoroughly and completely understand our audience and product space through user feedback, competitive analysis, and industry reports
Be the expert and go-to person for all questions, technically and functionally, related to your area of focus
What You Bring to the Table:
6+ years of product management experience
3+ years experience in the app, web entertainment, and/or customer experience space
Launched, tested, and held KPI health responsibility for multiple product features
Solid ability to prioritize, strategize, meet deadlines, make decisions, and change course of action quickly
Demonstrated understanding of strategic business goals and ability to translate into product requirements
Respect for and understanding of the The Wonder Project audience
Strong history of deep collaboration, communication, and relationship building company-wide at all levels from engineering teams to leadership to key partners
Self-sufficient with minimal oversight, but not afraid to ask questions
History of generating positive, productive work environments
Impeccable personal and business ethics

Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: $125,000 - $160,000
Equity participation in management option pool (Series A company)
