Job Description Summary:
Provide smart, engaging, on brand copy for customer facing materials across all channels and internal communications. Ensure consistent and error-free execution in all vehicles.The pay range for this position is expected to be $75k-$85k annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Job Description:
Create engaging and attention-getting copy that aligns to See’s voice and overall brand vision. Maintain consistency across all vehicles.
Partner with the Creative and Marketing Teams to develop outstanding seasonal campaign messaging.
Develop consumer-facing messaging for in-store signage, website and customer service documentation.
Provide support as needed for social media and emails.
Create exciting and informative copy for internal employee communication.
Assist with copy proofing and reviews for error-free execution.
Leverage customer data when writing copy to inform voice direction based on the media channel.
Complete special projects as assigned.
Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
This position is responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance technology and innovation that will improve departmental effectiveness.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field; equivalent related experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Minimum of three years as a copywriter in an in-house retail or agency environment.
Exceptional writing skills and technical aptitude and attention to detail.
Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to navigate tight deadlines and multiple priorities in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
Self-motivated and decisive, with the ability to adapt quickly and manage change efficiently, proactively and in a positive manner.
Mac proficient with the ability to work with Excel, Google Docs, PowerPoint and Acrobat. Basecamp experience a plus.
Ability to deliver appropriate and effective communication with strong interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and manage change efficiently, proactively and in a positive manner.
