COPY - Punjabi Speaking Customer Service Representative - Insight Global

Insight Global is seeking a bilingual Punjabi speaking professional to join a large Trucking financial services company in North Fort Worth on their Customer Service and Collections team. This individual will be taking inbound calls and returning client/user calls. These calls can cover anything related to the accounts they have setup with Daimler, including; help logging in and navigating the website, checking the status of payments sent to Daimler, walking the account holder through their statement, checking the remaining balances, and more. Some clients have fleets of trucks through Daimler and may be calling to ask how their payments are being spent across their fleet of vehicles. Some calls may be regarding the status of orders on new vehicles. The role will start off handling collections and slowly encompass the customer service calls. The collections role is not the typical automotive collection layout, Daimler approaches their collections with a white glove, customer first, attitude. The candidate will not be making collections calls until several months into the role, the collections and customer service team are one in the same but there is currently greater need for collections calls at the moment, which is why training will start with the collections side.

• College degree
