Our fast-growing construction firm is seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Traveling Superintendent to join our team. This role is perfect for an individual with a passion for construction, a keen eye for detail, and a love for travel. The selected candidate will have the unique opportunity to travel throughout the Southeast, overseeing various commercial construction projects.
Most of the work is currently in Texas, Florida and Georgia.

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Traveling Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all stages of commercial construction projects within the Southeast region. Your duties will include:
1. Supervising all on-site construction activities, ensuring they align with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
2. Coordinating and managing subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce to ensure smooth project execution.
3. Conducting quality control inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications.
4. Collaborating with project managers and other team members to resolve any construction issues.
5. Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards.
6. Preparing and submitting project progress reports and other documentation as required.
7. Traveling as needed to various project sites within the Southeast region.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Permanent Traveling Superintendent role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a commercial superintendent is required.
2. A Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
3. Healthcare construction experience is a plus.
4. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
5. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
6. Strong understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.
7. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
8. Must be willing and able to travel extensively within the Southeast region.
9. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
