About the role
- The Executive Assistant to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will work closely with and report to the Vice President and CTO. They will provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the executive.
- This role will manage communication for the CTO, serving as the point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, they will preside over the CTO's calendar and will be responsible for organizing and arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the executive.
- The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and time management skills, the ability to handle confidential information using the utmost discretion, and the capability to handle a wide range of tasks with professionalism and efficiency.
What you"ll do
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the CTO, working to efficiently and effectively manage their calendar.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and compose and prepare correspondence, emails, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CTO.
- Act as a liaison between the CTO and all internal and external stakeholders. Establish and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders by managing questions, resolving issues, and representing the executive's interests professionally and diplomatically.
- Coordinate and schedule executive-level meetings through drafting agendas, creating meeting minutes, and ensuring that all required resources and materials are available.
- Conduct research, create presentations, obtain data, and manage project-related activities for the executive.
Qualifications
- This position is 100% onsite. Qualified candidates must live within a commutable distance to Cary, North Carolina to be considered for this job opportunity.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting leaders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional correspondence and minute-taking.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
- Analytical and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Office Suites.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
