Job Summary

This full-time hybrid role is available in our Somerville, NJ or St. Petersburg offices. As a Sr. Designer / AD, you’ll be evaluated on your individual contributions and teamwork. This hands-on position is ideal for those passionate about design and customer experience.

Skills - The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• 5-7 years of Sr. Designer/AD experience, preferably in an agency or media company; healthcare marketing experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Microsoft Office); Workfront experience required; video/photo direction and animation skills are a plus.
• Expertise in print and digital marketing, with a solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Strong communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and translate complex ideas into compelling visuals.
• Comfort with ambiguity, accountability, and a collaborative spirit; attention to detail is essential.
