Position Summary:
Administers, develops, and researches the Human Resources Information System (SuccessFactors). Assesses the system to ensure it meets ongoing business needs and generates reports to support the brand policies and related HR functions, including payroll, compliance, performance management, and workforce analytics. Ensures that data is accurately processed and maintained according to organization rules and applicable regulations, executing processes to support approximately 240,000 associates. Responsible for defining system requirements and working with external vendors to evaluate and select HRIS software, modules, and systems. Support the Supervisor, WFA with managing the work for the SuccessFactors Administrators.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Collaborates with Human Resources (HR) staff and organizational leadership to determine the short- and long-term information department and system objectives; develops a plan to modify or replace HRIS applications, modules, and systems to meet all brand policy requirements.
- Prepares reports and presents findings and recommendations to the Supervisor, WFA and other leaders.
- Assesses current system and utilization; identifies and recommends improvements such as training, customization, and enhancements to maximize value and efficiency of the HRIS.
- Collaborates with other Human Resources staff to plan, adjust, and customize the HRIS and to test new applications and features.
- Identifies, recommends, and evaluates opportunities for process improvements, system enhancements and/or documentation updates.
- Supports various projects and process improvement, including applying change management experience.
- Arranges training materials, guides, and documentation for departmental use.
- Provides user training and hands-on support to HRIS Administrators.
- Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
- Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology.
- Assists with training new WFA Administrators and leads the work of the team in the absence of the Supervisor.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in HR or related field required
- 4+ years of experience with HR business systems (SuccessFactors preferred)
- Intermediate MS Office
- Advanced Excel skills
- HR systems knowledgeUnderstanding of FLSA regulations
- Understanding of ERISA and applicable benefit provisions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills.
- Familiar with human resources policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to keep information confidential.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Thorough understanding of functional analysis and system design.
- Thorough understanding of all areas of HR information systems with a highly technical understanding of at least one commercial HRIS product.
