This Position is located in Northern NJ. You will be traveling to these counties Sussex, Union, Passaic, Hudson, Morris, Warren, Essex & Bergen The Outreach Coordinator identifies and collaborates with community groups, organizations, healthcare facilities, and/or social services agencies to bolster New Jersey Paternity Opportunity Program awareness and participation. This position serves as an account/client manager, understanding and addressing the needs and opportunities of these groups to maximize reimbursement to the program. By building relationships, providing education, and training, and removing obstacles to fully participate in the program, the Outreach Coordinator increases the project revenue. Schedule is AM 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday- Friday
Job Summary
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Liaison to the local offices and other area agencies as needed; work as a point of contact to these agencies to develop working relationships and help cases that need additional support move through the enrollment process.
- Develop relationships with community leaders and serve as a liaison with various constituents.
- Act as a point of contact for these agencies to work out issues or help certain cases moving through the enrollment process.
- Conduct outreach presentations to recipients and community members as needed.
- Present program education and enrollment options to recipients.
- Maintain positive relationships with county staff, state agencies, community groups and recipients.
- Conduct outreach including phone calls, home visits and community presentations in the field as needed.
- Establish and maintain knowledge of community and participate in community events, other activities as needed.
- Report outcomes on a ongoing basis.
- Educate clients and Agency Staff via phone and email to support initiatives.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent with 0 - 2 years of experience.
Education and Experience Requirements
This Position is Hybird and requires Travel about 30%-35% of the time to Sussex, Union, Passaic, Hudson, Morris, Warren, Essex & Bergen, You will need to have a reliable transportation and in addition to partner visits attend regular onsite training at our Hamilton, NJ site.

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
