The CCC Customer Service Representative Coordinator is responsible for efficient, accurate, customer centered services to all cancer program colleagues and patients. The Customer Service Representative Coordinator delivers leadership and support to efficiently and effectively register, schedule, and plan coordinated events at the Center for Cancer Care, The Retreat Women’s Center, Goshen Hospital as well as CCC satellite locations. This role is responsible for working closely with the management team to ensure implementation of standard work and coordination of patient care is developed, trained, and executed with the support of various types of software programs. Collaborates with all medical disciplines to coordinate unit operations. Maintains on-going timely communication with providers, nursing and cancer center management.

Position Qualifications
- Minimum Education:High school graduate or the equivalent.
- Preferred Education:Working knowledge of ICD10-CM coding. Medical terminology. Bachelors Degree in business or communication.
- Minimum Experience:Previous scheduling and/or registration experience
- Preferred Experience:2 to 5 years of supervisor and/or management experience in the healthcare industry. Customer service skills, and problem resolution skills. Prior EMR experience in a physician office setting.
