In compliance with the WVO Time keeping Policy, the Wage and Hour Coordinator will ensure accurate timekeeping for the Referrals Call Center in Orlando and Vegas and conduct appropriate audits to ensure data integrity.
How You'll Shine
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Correct missed punches using the Dialer vs. Wyntime report provided, make sure historical edits are being entered and report any errors to the respective manager & associate prior to the end of the pay period. Request and review the missed/changed punch forms to make sure the Call Centers are compliance with Company policy.
- Review Wyntime reports to identify associates with zero hours, associates who are working less than required hours to meet full time or part-time status and ensure compliance regarding required meal breaks.
- Ensure associates & managers are approving timecards at the end of the pay period. Review and Audit before payroll close.
- Enter PTO, Sick Time, Floating Holiday hours, and Bereavement into Wyntime daily, this includes adding historical edits or transferring balances for exempt associates.
- Performs other duties as needed, such as but not limited to, report sorting and filing, PTO reporting and research, ensure no associate is working off the clock, etc.
What You'll Bring
- High School diploma or equivalent, college preferred
- Must have the ability to work independently in a time sensitive environment. Attention to detail is expected.
- Must have the ability to communicate clearly, timely, and accurately. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must maintain confidentiality. This is mandatory.
- Ability to multi-task
- Self-motivated to set priorities and work with limited direction/supervision,
- Great attitude and willingness to help and assist co-workers
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and projects effectively, organize workload, adapt quickly to change, and deliver under the pressure of deadlines.
- A minimum of one year of experience with primary responsibility for time and attendance and payroll administration and processing.
- Experience working with time and attendance and payroll systems. Kronos and People Soft preferred.
- Knowledge of payroll practices and principles.
- Basic knowledge of state and federal employment laws relating to key areas of responsibility.
