Our client, a world-leading Pharmaceutical Company in Athens, GA is currently looking for a Training Coordinator to join their expanding team.
Job Title: Training Coordinator
Duration: 12 months contract, extendable up to 24 months
Location: Athens, GA
Note:
The client has the right-to-hire you as a permanent employee at any time during or after the end of the contract.

Training Coordinator

Description:
The Training Coordinator plays a key role in coordinating training related to the Athens Evolution Program.
The Training Coordinator ensures training is scheduled in accordance with site procedures and relevant training is delivered according to procedures and documented in the Learning Management system, thus ensuring compliance with Statutory, Regulatory and Corporate standards.
Will be responsible for handling project documentation and correspondence in support of one or more managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Compile and coordinate training from all Athens Evolution pillars to streamline and avoid duplications / omissions (keep database current)
Verify and review completed training records. Ensures training records are submitted to the Learning Management System Administrator for accurate record keeping.
Provide support to Athens Evolution Change Management Plan and Communication Strategy by:
Creating content to communicate through internal emails, Viva Engage posts, newsletters.
Track tasks completion for Athens Evolution pillars
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Prepare agendas for meetings and make arrangements, such as coordinating catering for luncheons, for committee, and other meetings.
Be available for other projects or assignments as requested by management.
Qualifications:
Education:
Vocational, Certificate, Technical or Associates Degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience or a High School Diploma with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
Experience and Skills required:
Influencing skills, partnering and collaboration skills, analytical skills, and good oral and written presentation skills, with a proven ability to work across organizational boundaries.
Working knowledge of Word, Power Point, Teams, Forms, and Excel.
