Position Details:
Our client, a world-leading Pharmaceutical Company in Raritan, NJ is currently looking for a Events / Communications Coordinator to join their expanding team.
Job Title: Events Coordinator / Communications Coordinator (Hybrid Work)
Duration: 12 months contract, extendable up to 24 months
Location: Raritan, NJ
Hybrid: 3 days in Office, 2 days Remote
Note:
The client has the right-to-hire you as a permanent employee at any time during or after the end of the contract.
You may participate in the company group medical insurance plan
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Role will be Hybrid (3 days in the office)
- HM eventually wants to make this role permanent with Pharmaceutical
- Must have a Bachelor's degree
- Must have experience with PowerPoint, MS, and Excel
- Must have Facilitation Skills
- Will be working in a fast growing sector
- Will assist with onboarding, gamification in the learning sector
- Help with Employee Resource groups
- Must be comfortable with speaking in front of groups of people
- Will be the "right hand person " to the manager in learning sector
- Years of experience are not specific, BUT must have the skills and experience the role asks for
- The role does not require instructional design background
Onboarding support: Coordinating, Scheduling, Co-host
This individual will be responsible for co-host in onboarding with the learning supervisor. This individual will focus on onboarding as well as team focused initiatives such as innovative gamification and engagement. strong communication skills and ppt a must
Top Three Skills: Strong Communication, PPT and Excel proficiency
Event planning and support: AXONIFY initiative and Engagement support
Competencies: Proficient in: excel, PPT, Instructional Design and Communications
As well as organized, self-starter, team player
Facilitation skills
