Duties

• Create and implement CMM programs tailored for diverse components.
• Scrutinize engineering documents to guarantee adherence to specifications.
• Investigate measurement data, composing comprehensive reports on conclusions.
• Offer manufacturing technical support and collaborate with engineering to enhance procedures.
• Mentor and nurture junior team members in CMM operations.
• Target and rectify measurement anomalies with effective solutions.
• Conduct initial inspections on both new and established components.
• Competently complete AS9100D First Article inspection documentation.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Engineering Technology; preference for Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of hands-on CMM operation and programming experience, especially with PCDIMS and Modus platforms.
• Acquaintance with AS9100D standards.
• Profound understanding of GD&T.
• Advanced analytical capabilities and a problem-solving mindset.
• Thrives in both solitary and collaborative environments.
• Articulate communication skills in both writing and speaking.
• Familiar with common software (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Proficient use of inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, and more.
