Cook - Friendly Nursing Home

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS (Including but not limited to):

MUST HAVE: cooking experience, preferably in a nursing home and ServSafe Certification.

Responsible for preparing assigned menu items in accordance with standard receipes and department procedures for a 126 bed facility.  Must possess a general knowledge of all cook positions, undertsand HAACP/Food Safety Program in accordance with current applicable federal, state, OSHA and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and as directed by the Food Service Director, to assure the highest degree of quality Resident Care is maintained at all times.

Part time, every other weekend and fill in
