Your Role
As a Restaurant Cook, you will deliver quality food to our customers while controlling daily and weekly inventories and conduct tasks to see that guests have the level of food service to Neiman Marcus Standards. This job is onsite and will report to the Restaurant Manager.
What You'll Do
- Maintain an active role in the smoothness and efficiency of retail restaurant operations by producing and coordinating the production of food items needed for daily menus andspecialevents
- Maintain team awareness of inventory cost and profitability through proper use of production, build-to, and ordersheets
- Communicate supply needs for production with headcook
- Checks in with supervisor for any special preparation needed before starting normal kitchenduties
- Maintain equipment daily and reports any malfunctions toleadership
