Prepares and services well-seasoned, attractive, appetizing meals to consumers and employees, according to established policy and procedures.
This is a part-time position working Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday, Day shift.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – JOB SPECIFIC
•Keep kitchen clean and up to state codes and regulations
•Clean once a week: fruit box, breadbox, cabinets, and drawers and shelves in the refrigerator
•Date and label all open items in the refrigerator
•Throw away all food items over three days old
•Buy and prepare meals for clients according to dietary menus
•Keep a three (3) day food supply in house at all times
•Coordinate with evening staff and purchase all food items needed for special occasions or events
•Transport clients as needed
•Attend all training as required by Compass Health Network, Accreditors and Funders
•Regular attendance (except as excused)
