Cook (Nursing Home) - SNF Rehab & Healthcare

Cook with Long term care experience, modified diets. Able to cook for 120 residents.

Receiving deliveries and putting away. Knowledge of FIFO a must. Organized and good time management. Responsible and devoted.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Dietary Aide Duties and Responsibilities

• Preparing meals according to special dietary needs
• Remove dirty dishes, trays, and utensils
• Deliver used dishes, trays, and utensils to the kitchen for cleaning
• Scrape, stack, or load dishes, utensils, glassware into dishwasher as needed
• Vacuum, sweep, or mop service areas
• Remove trash and recycling; replace trash bags
• Follow and maintain all sanitation and safety procedures
• Monitor and stock all food preparation stations
• Prepare kitchen and food preparation for next meal
