Cook - Muskego Health and Rehabilitation Center

Muskego Health and Rehab is hiring for a passionate Cook to join our Food Services team in Muskego, WI. As a Cook, you will assist the kitchen staff in meal preparation, serving the nutritional meal to our residents, while following the residents' food restrictions according to their care plan.

This position is Full-Time with rotating weekends.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Large batch meal prep and cooking
• Following Dietary directions 
• Portioning and serving of food items
• Delivering of trays and carts to resident floors
• Cleaning of dining rooms
• Disposal of trash and recyclables
• Per Diem Duties as outlined by Director of Dietary

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in food service 
• Strong communication skills
• Reading and comprehending complex dietary instructions 
• Passion to work with diverse aging population
