Cook / Manager Needed for School Food Service - Maschio's Food Service

Cook/ Manager needed for School food service program in the Atlantic Highlands, NJ area. Must have cooking experience, K-12 a plus. Servsafe® certification helpful. Monday through Friday,day day shift, 6.5 hours daily. No weekends or Holidays. Summers off.

Must be able to work in a team setting. Must possess leadership, and computer skills. Must obtain proper documentation to work in schools. References required.

Duties to include:

Food prep/ cooking

Following recipes

Ordering

Inventory/ record keeping

Oversee kitchen area

Manage staff, etc.
