About the Job
COOK LEVEL #1- PREP COOK, PANTRY, LINE SET UP/ BREAKDOWN and LINE HELPER starting at $17 per hr
Level 1 Cooks = End-of-Season Bonus Pay of $1.00 per hour for all hours worked between May 27-
September 21, payable at the end of the season.
Full-time year-round and full-time extended seasonal positions are also available.
Employees' shared housing available at low cost.
COOK LEVEL 1 RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Employee are responsible for preparing meats, seafood and vegetables for service.
2. Employee must be comfortable breading, assembling, chopping and stocking.
3. Cook #1must be able to follow a recipe exactly, and consistently prep the item the same way
every time.
4. Employee will be expected to work at a fast pace and complete daily prep list in allotted time.
5. Cook #1 may provide back up to the line during busy hours, including restocking and maintaining workstations to assure plenty of product is always available.
6. Level 1 Cooks set up and or break down the line for service, clean all workstations at the end of the shift including sweeping and mopping of floors and cleaning dishes used during their shift.
7. Level 1 cooks assist in putting food orders and deliveries away.
8. Must work well with others, as a team, under pressure, and without distraction.
9. Must maintain health and safety standards after each task.
10. Must perform other duties related to the job
Employees must be on time to work and in a clean uniform.

On-the-job training and career development is available for those Level 21 Cooks looking to become Level 2 Cooks.
Qualifications
Culinary or hospitality degree with some experience
Compensation
