Job Summary:
Prepares food items according to standardized recipes for residents using standard kitchen equipment. Follow specific Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) guidelines to promote consistent food safety procedures.
- Require familiarly with codes applicable to field and industry.
- Require availability for weekends, holidays and other shifts.
- Require courtesy and diplomacy in dealing with residents, fellow workers and department management team.
- Prefer the verbal ability required to read and understand written instructions, recipes and various calculations.
- Prefer previous experience in health care.
Preferred Education:
HS EQ: High School Diploma, GED or Certificate
Preferred License and Certs:
