Mountain Vista Medical Center is a 178-bed, state-of-the-art hospital located in east Mesa, Arizona, offering comprehensive health care services, including emergency care, heart care, advanced surgical procedures, orthopedics, breast care, maternity care, and womens services.

Position Summary:

The cook is responsible to prepare, cook and portion food for use on tray line, cafeteria, physician's lounge and special functions in accordance with standardized recipes. Performs duties under direction of department management team adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Current ANSI safety certification
• 1-3 years experience

Preferred Requirements:

• 3 + years experience
• Completion of formal culinary program
