Line Cook / Kitchen Team Members
Line cooks working at Ram's Horn Southfield primary culinary duties are, preparing foods using deep fryers, flat tops, egg pans, preparing salads, making sandwiches and prepping using simple recipes. Cooks need to have passion to create plates with appealing presentation.
Cooks must work on foot for long periods of time and possess basic culinary skills, proficiency using knifes, egg pans, and ability to read tickets accurately in a fast-paced and high intensity job setting.
The ideal candidate will have multiple years of experience in a similar style restaurant, have passion for the restaurant industry, have a team player mentality and be self motivated. We will consider candidates with less experience and skill, that possess a positive attitude and passion to work. Servesafe Certificate is a plus but not required.
