Cook - Pollards Chicken

The responsibilities and requirements of the cook duties include:

• Daily cooking and cleaning duties
• Portioning and prep duties related to the kitchen
• Handling of raw chicken
• Physical dexterity required (the ability to move up to 75 Ibs. From one area to another).
• Dishwasher duties, (3 compartment sink)
• Be able to safely handle the filtering and discarding of hot grease.
• Be able to follow health code regulations at all times in food preparation and cleaning duties.
