Cook/Culinary Assistant - Edencrest at the Legacy

Available Shifts:

•  Part-time AM (6am-2pm: Fri, Sat, Sun)
• Part-time PM (12pm-7pm: Fri, Sat, Sun)

Edencrest at the Legacy is recruiting for a Cook/Culinary Assistant.  In this role you will be responsible for the excellence of the dining experience at their community.  This individual also participates in a member of a team who operates the dining room, kitchen, and interactions with residents, families, and staff in coordination of the dining experience. 

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Cook/Culinary Assistant:

• Make outstanding food while following menus, recipes, and preferences of regulatory requirements and individual preferences. 
• Manage the dining room, atmosphere, and overall experience. 
• Clean, maintain and ensure that dishes, kitchen, and all equipment are sanitary and in good working order. 

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• High School diploma or equivalent. 
• Possess a passion for great food preparation, taste, and presentation. 
• Two year’s related experience related to culinary or can demonstrate a high aptitude for food and kitchen management.
