Responsible for preparation and serving of meals for clients and on-duty
staff. Education: Degree not required Certificates, Licenses,
Registrations: Current Food Handler's Card Experience: One year
experience in preparing and cooking large quantities of food for groups
of 50 or more. Job Knowledge: To establish a routine with some
opportunity to contribute to the development of new procedures and use
own judgment. Most work is routine with an occasional new task. Perform
duties with direction from assigned supervisor. Skills: Read recipes and
adjust contents as needed for size of group; work alone and in a team;
be flexible to quick menu changes; and lift 50 pounds independently.
