Position Title: Fast Food Team Member
Position Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and energetic individuals to join our team as Fast Food Team Members. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work in a fast-paced environment, closely collaborating with coworkers to prepare, cook, assemble, and serve fast food items to customers. This position requires a friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and cook fast food items such as burgers, fries, chicken Tenders, sandwiches, and other menu items following established recipes and procedures.
2. Assemble ingredients, condiments, and garnishments accurately and quickly to prepare orders according to customer requests.
3. Ensure food quality by monitoring cooking times, temperatures, and ingredient freshness.
4. Maintain kitchen cleanliness by regularly cleaning equipment, counters, and workstations, following health and safety regulations.
5. Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing friendly and attentive customer service.
6. Work as part of a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations and maintain a positive work environment.
7. Maintain product levels and communicate any shortages or refill needs to management.
8. Follow all company policies, procedures, and food safety standards to deliver consistent quality and customer satisfaction.
9. Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent or currently in school.
2. Previous experience in fast food or customer service roles is preferred but not required.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and customers.
5. Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
6. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
7. Demonstrated ability to follow instructions, multi-task, and prioritize responsibilities.
8. Willingness to adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards.
9. Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a hot environment.
10. Positive attitude, team player mindset, and willingness to learn and grow.
