Job Responsibilities:

1. Menu planning and execution
2. Preparing a variety of dishes including pasta, soups, salads, seafood, and desserts
3. Utilizing knife skills for chopping, dicing, and slicing
4. Ensuring plate presentation meets high standards
5. Broiling, sautéing, and frying foods to perfection
6. Managing food quality and portion control
7. Accommodating special diets and dietary restrictions
8. Monitoring food cost and inventory
9. Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation
10. Able to open/start as well as close kitchen down

Salary: $30,000.00 - $34,000.00 per year
