Human Resources Leadership: Guide the HR department, managing tasks from recruitment and onboarding to developing training programs.
Compliance and Controls: Establish and uphold financial controls, ensuring the reliability of financial reporting.
Collaborative Strategy Development: Work closely with other senior leaders to shape and execute effective company strategies.
Process Optimization: Champion continuous improvement efforts, employing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance business processes.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
Professional Experience: At least 10 years in a similar leadership role, with substantial exposure to both operations and financial management within the manufacturing industry.
Technical Skills: Profound knowledge of finance, accounting, and budgeting.
Certifications: Lean Six Sigma certification (preferred).
Leadership and Communication: Exceptional leadership capabilities with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven record of making data-driven decisions.
