Our client, a top-performing engineering, construction, and architecture firm with a global presence, is seeking a highly motivated Senior Electrical Engineer to join their expanding OnSite Energy & Power team. What You'll Do:

• Lead the electrical design of diverse energy projects, from distributed generation and microgrids to utility installations and plant upgrades.
• Develop creative solutions for corporate, healthcare, airport, industrial, and government clients, tackling complex challenges with your technical expertise.
• Guide projects from concept to completion, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver world-class designs.
• Prepare electrical equipment specifications, conduct technical bid summaries, and review vendor drawings.
• Oversee construction activities, including field inspections, testing, and resolving installation issues.
• Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal development and client presentations.
• Mentor and guide less experienced engineers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or a related field from an ABET-accredited program.
• 7+ years of electrical engineering experience, with EPC project experience preferred.
• Professional Engineering License (PE) preferred.
• Expert knowledge of electrical equipment design, ANSI and IEEE standards.
• Strong computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading electrical designs for large projects and mentoring team members.
