Job Title: Controls Technician

Location: Champlin, MN (Travel required: 50% nationwide)

Responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial control systems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize control processes.
• Conduct on-site assessments and provide technical support.
• Document all service activities and maintain accurate records.
• Train clients on system operation and maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in industrial controls.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs and control systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
